| Our Quality Management System (QMS) covers all aspects of service delivery in a comprehensive but user friendly manner. It is delivered through regularly updated manuals and training to ensure that staff understand what is required to deliver a quality service to our customers and to ensure that legislative requirements and the Continuous Improvement imperative of Best Value are met. Each QMS manual has been compiled to assist new and existing sites in their understanding of our contractor's responsibilities and to foster a culture of quality informed by industry best practice. Our QMS Manuals form the basis of our approach to attaining and sustaining QUEST accreditation. It is the responsibility of the General Manager to ensure that all procedures contained within manuals are complied with and (where applicable) all group reporting deadlines are met. The specialist areas which we cover are: Sales and Membership Administration The method and training behind our successful sales operation. Health and Safety The complete Health and Safety management system and procedures, including Child Protection Manual Personnel Employment Law, Recruiting, Appraisals, Motivating are just some of the topics covered. Marketing Sets the standards that we expect and explains how to successfully market the leisure service we provide. Fitness Sets the standards that we expect, covers all areas of Fitness Instructor training from physiology to motivational evenings. Staff Handbook Used for staff inductions - sets the standards we expect from our staff and explains what they can expect from D C Leisure. Finance Covers all areas of financial management and provides a useful training tool/guide to our customised use of the AccPac software. Technical Covers all aspects of technical management including reporting, PPM, Reactive Maintenance, related Health and Safety and Legislative issues etc. Food and Beverage Designed to identify clear operational standards and good practice for our Bars/Vending and Catering outlets and to provide a framework by which product and service delivery can be measured and improved.
