In November 2003, equity partner Sovereign Capital joined DCLM's winning team. Sovereign have considerable experience within the leisure industry and have also provided DCLM with the finance to meet the increasing demand for capital investment from our local authority partners. This development provides an important opportunity for local authorities to access leisure expertise and resources to fulfill the potential of their leisure service over the long term.
The Board of Directors combines breadth of experience with in-depth knowledge of the leisure industry in both public and private sectors. This balance of community leisure context with financial expertise is something that is immediately apparent from the introductions below.
