Tom Goodhand
Regional Director
- Covering London and East Anglia
- Tom started his career as Duty Manager at Cleethorpes Leisure Centre
- Tom has progressed to various posts such as Activity / Promotions Officer, Operations Manager, General Manager and Contracts Manager
- He has been a Member of ILAM/ISPAL since 1983
- FIA FLAME Centre of the Year Award Winner 1998

Nick Brown
Regional Director
- Covering the Western corridor including Midlands, South West and North West
- Nick has worked in the leisure industry for 20 years starting his first job as an Operations Controller at the Arena Leisure Centre in Camberley
- Nick has been a member of ILAM for 15 years

Mark Evans
Regional Director
- Covering the South of England
- Having been brought up in a military PT environment and a keen sportsman, Mark undertook at PE teaching degree
- Mark's first appointment was for Woking Borough Council as a Recreation Officer. He has worked in the industry for 30 years, both in the private and public sectors, including owning his own club in Worcester
