The Regional Directors are responsible for all staff within their region; these include Area Managers, Contract Managers and General Managers.

2. To develop positive relationships with their Clients

3. To implement group operating standards in all sites

4. To actively seek out and exploit business opportunities and cost reductions within their region


Tom Goodhand

Tom Goodhand

  • Covering London and East Anglia
  • Tom started his career as Duty Manager at Cleethorpes Leisure Centre
  • Tom has progressed to various posts such as Activity / Promotions Officer, Operations Manager, General Manager and Contracts Manager
  • He has been a Member of ILAM/ISPAL since 1983
  • FIA FLAME Centre of the Year Award Winner 1998

Nick Brown

Nick Brown

  • Covering the Western corridor including Midlands, South West and North West
  • Nick has worked in the leisure industry for 20 years starting his first job as an Operations Controller at the Arena Leisure Centre in Camberley
  • Nick has been a member of ILAM for 15 years

Mark Evans

Mark Evans
Regional Director

  • Covering the South of England
  • Having been brought up in a military PT environment and a keen sportsman, Mark undertook at PE teaching degree
  • Mark's first appointment was for Woking Borough Council as a Recreation Officer. He has worked in the industry for 30 years, both in the private and public sectors, including owning his own club in Worcester
